			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As per September 7th, 2009, Ester Kruk is part of Tourism Consultancy&#8217;s associate team. Ester has nine years of experience in pro-poor sustainable tourism planning and development. For the past five years, she has worked as a regional tourism expert and co-ordinator for the Himalaya region. Previously, she worked as a tourism consultant, a pro-poor tourism advisor, and project co-ordinator for several organizations, including <a href="http://www.snvworld.org/en/Pages/default.aspx" target="_blank">SNV</a> and <a href="http://www.undp.org/" target="_blank">UNDP</a>. She has worked and lived in 16 Asian countries, as well as in North and Latin America, and speaks Dutch, English, German, Italian and French. She holds a degree in Cultural Anthropology (Free University of Amsterdam), as well as International Tourism Management and Consultancy (Breda University of Applied Sciences), and wrote several tourism books. She is currently based in Kathmandu, Nepal.<span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 9.5pt;" lang="EN-US"> </span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal">Tourism Consultancy has expanded its professional team with two experienced tourism professionals: Eveline Hansen and Hugo de Jong. Eveline is specialized in cross-cultural studies and international marketing and has executed  several projects in Central America. Hugo specializes in strategic planning of sustainable tourism, and the assessment of tourism impacts on socio-economic development on local and regional levels. He has been involved in projects in South America and is currently still based there.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Both Eveline and Hugo are, just as the other team members, fluent in English and Spanish and add a wealth of travel experience to the team. Their combined knowledge of Latin America comprises six different countries, adding invaluable experience to the company, and now stretching out Tourism Consultancy&#8217;s working capacity over three continents; Africa, Europe and South America .</p>
